Sing Heung Yuen is one of the most well-known local open-air food stall and they are famous for their tomato and beef noodle soup. This time PMQ Taste Library has invited the owner of Sing Heung Yuen, Irene, to demonstrate a few dishes, the recipes of which have been written down in a book that Irene wrote for her daughter who went study aboard. Irene will share more stories of this cookbook in this “Family Recipes” workshop.
