ES.SENSE is an installation that is inspired by and also integrates both the products and philosophies of our featured designer tenants. Composed of suspended threads supported by bamboo structural frames, the spatial experience of the exhibition is enhanced sensationally by both cheerful paint and aromatic oil. Four bespoke colour-smell pairings capture the essence of the displayed products of our creative tenants so as to elevate the brands’ identity.
The threads slowly drain the paint/oil and draw on their own. The outcome is the drawing itself as well as the production process, an intensifying process of ES.SENSE of the intended unexpectation. These hanging chromatic threads, echoing the clothes drying scene in local housing estates, extend into the magnificent courtyard. Such a colourful shopfront in the air is able to catch the sight from distance and below, promoting our featured designers to more target audience.
