‘Food & Design’ Screening and Sharing

“Food & Design” is a documentary on food design, redefining food through the lens of creativity and design.

For our new film “Food & Design”, we interviewed Spanish Food Designer – Martí Guixé, Dutch Eating Designer – Marije Vogelzang, Italian Food Design Researcher – Francesca Zampollo, Co-founder of Bompas & Parr from the United Kingdom, Taiwan Michelin Starred Chef – André Chiang, CEO of UOVO Food Design Studio – Amber Chan and Founder of Slow Food Design – Slow Chen.

The team has been intentional about making a film not just about culinary skills and tasty food, but about the creativity and thought process behind food and design.
