“Decoding Mediation: Designing a Win-win Solution” will explain how mediation is able to resolve disputes effectively with greater satisfaction. It will comprise a drama on mediation, discussion by experienced mediators, and a sharing session by local designer Flora Leung on how mediation helped her to enforce her design rights.
