Designers and businesses often encounter disputes relating to copyright, contract, licensing and sale of goods etc.. Is there an alternative way to resolve these conflicts other than long and expensive court battles?

“Decoding Mediation: Designing a Win-win Solution” will explain how mediation is able to resolve disputes effectively with greater satisfaction. It will comprise a drama on mediation, discussion by experienced mediators, and a sharing session by local designer Flora Leung on how mediation helped her to enforce her design rights.
